Naomi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field and has had the privilege of working with individuals and families from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
Naomi works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, parenting concerns, women’s issues, and perinatal mental health. She has specialized training in maternal mental health and is passionate about supporting women and families through the many emotional changes that can come with pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and other major life transitions. She also enjoys working with children and adolescents, helping them develop healthy coping skills, build confidence, and navigate the challenges they may be experiencing.
As a bilingual therapist, Naomi provides counseling in both English and Spanish. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. Naomi believes that therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and free to be yourself without judgment. She meets clients where they are and works at a pace that feels comfortable for them, while helping them identify meaningful goals and develop practical tools to move toward the life they want.
Naomi believes that every person’s story is unique, and she considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients as they navigate both the difficult seasons and the moments of growth. Whether you are working through a specific challenge or simply feel ready for something to change, Naomi strives to create a supportive environment where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered.
Outside of counseling, Naomi enjoys spending time with her partner and children, exploring new places, trying new restaurants, and spending time at home with her two cats. She also enjoys learning and staying current with mental health research, which allows her to continually expand her knowledge and bring thoughtful, evidence-informed care to her clients.
