About You Counseling & Coaching, LLC is a special place to seek counseling, life coaching, parental guidance, skill building groups and other valuable resources. Our practice offers individual, couples, family and group counseling for children, teens and adults. Our area of speciality, however, is working with school age children, teens, young adults and their families who struggle with emotional, behavioral and mood issues such as ADD / ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Anger Management, Grief and Adjustments to life changes and stress.
