Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern
Andréa Green-Soto holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina, and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy from Capella University. Andréa, originally from South Carolina, and her family have returned to Northeast Florida after their separation from active duty in 2015. Andréa has been an active member in both the Clay and Duval mental and behavioral health community ever since, with an emphasis on working with the military and their families. She uses her experience as a military spouse, mother of two and a bonus teenager, to engage with her clients in an understanding and empathetic manner as they create bonds to create goals and become the best version of themselves. Andréa loves to spend quality time with her husband and children, listening to music, trying new foods and restaurants, and visiting new places whenever she can.
Andréa believes that individuals are more than just the sum of their symptoms and that their social and support network, emotional stability, as well as their environment all factor into their total well-being, and thus within them, an individual has the strength and will power to rewrite their stories.
